## Why Manual SEO Reporting
Eats Your Week

Most SEO reporting is the same export, copy and paste job every week. It takes time away from the work the report is supposed to describe.

### Hours of Copy and Paste

Exporting Search Console data, cleaning it in a spreadsheet and pasting it into a document takes hours that never get billed.

### The Same Work Every Week

Every client and every property needs the same tables rebuilt from scratch, week after week.

### Missed Send Dates

When a busy week hits, the Monday report goes out on Thursday, or not at all, and the client notices.

### Stakeholders Without Access

Your boss or client wants the numbers in their inbox, not another login to a tool they never open.

### Inconsistent Formats

Each report looks a little different depending on who built it, which makes week-over-week comparison harder.

### Too Many Separate Reports

Cannibalization, striking distance, Core Web Vitals and indexing all live in different places and never end up in one document.

Automated SEO reports bundle the reports you pick into one scheduled email with a PDF attached

## Set It Up Once,
Let It Run

A three-step setup: choose a property, add recipients and a schedule, then pick the reports. SERPView handles the rest.

### Flexible Schedules

Send daily, weekly on the weekdays you pick, monthly on a day from 1 to 28, or every N days with a custom interval.

### 14 Reports to Choose From

Keyword cannibalization, striking distance, CTR benchmark, heatmap overview, ranking of queries, new query keywords, content decay, n-gram analysis, Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed Insights, AI visibility, indexing, plus any topic cluster or content group.

### Summary Email With PDF

Each email lists the included reports with a one-line summary, and attaches an A4 PDF with a cover page and one section per report.

### Recipients With Labels

Add as many email addresses as your plan allows and tag each one with an optional label such as Client A or Boss.

### Send History

See the next run, the last send, and the recent send history with status, recipient count and report count for every automation.

### Reliable Delivery

If one report fails to load, the email still goes out with the others. If the PDF can't be built, recipients still get the summary.

Send content decay and striking distance to the content team so they can plan refreshes from the list.

Topic Ownership

Situation

Different editors own different topic clusters

Result

Give each editor an automation with their own topic cluster or content group report.

Freelance Consultant

Clients pay for results, not for time spent building reports

## Frequently Asked
Questions

Everything you need to know about automated SEO reports in SERPView.

Automated SEO reports (Auto Reports in the app) are scheduled emails that SERPView sends for one of your Search Console properties. Each email contains a short summary of the reports you picked and a PDF with the full tables.

Open Auto Reports in your account settings and click Add Property. The wizard has three steps: select a property, add recipients and choose a schedule, then pick the reports to include.

Keyword Cannibalization, Striking Distance, CTR Benchmark, Heatmap Overview, Ranking of Queries, New Query Keywords, Content Decay, N-Gram Analysis, Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed Insights, AI Visibility and the Indexing Report. You can also add a specific Topic Cluster or Content Group.

Daily, weekly on one or more weekdays you choose, monthly on a day from 1 to 28, or with a custom interval of every N days (1 to 365). Reports are sent around 12:00 UTC.

Each report covers the last 7 days of data, no matter how often it is sent. The schedule only controls when the email goes out.

The email lists every included report with a one-line summary, such as the number of rows. The attached PDF starts with a cover page showing the property, schedule and date range, followed by one section per report with up to 100 rows per table.

Any email address. Recipients don't need a SERPView account. You can add an optional label to each recipient to keep track of who is who.

Yes. Each automation has an on/off switch, so you can pause it and resume it later without setting it up again. You can also delete it.

The email is still sent with every report that worked, and the failed one shows a status message instead. Each send is logged as sent, partial or failed in the send history.

Free accounts can create 3 automations with up to 5 recipients each and weekly or monthly schedules. Premium raises this to 10 automations with up to 25 recipients each and unlocks daily and custom schedules.
