What is a Sub-Processor?
A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by SERPView who has or potentially will have access to or process personal data. We conduct thorough due diligence on all sub-processors to ensure they meet our security and privacy standards.

Services that provide the core infrastructure for running SERPView
DigitalOcean, LLC
Purpose: Application hosting, database storage, and server infrastructure
Vercel Inc.
Purpose: Frontend hosting, edge network, and serverless functions
Cloudflare, Inc.
Purpose: Content delivery network (CDN), DDoS protection, and DNS services
Analytics & API Processing
Services used for analytics and external API integrations
Google LLC
Purpose: Google Search Console data access (user-approved OAuth connection)
Large Language Model Providers
AI services used for generating insights and summaries
Anthropic PBC (Claude AI)
Purpose: Generating summaries, explanations, and AI-based SEO insights
OpenAI, LLC
Purpose: Natural language processing and AI-powered analysis
Payment Processing
Services that handle payment transactions securely
Stripe, Inc.
Purpose: Payment processing, subscription management, and billing
Email Delivery
Services used for transactional emails and notifications
Brevo (formerly Sendinblue)
Purpose: Transactional email delivery (alerts, notifications, account emails)
Customer Support
Services used to provide customer support

Purpose: Live chat support and customer messaging
