2951.2Why Bing Traffic
Gets Ignored in SEO Reports
Bing powers a real share of search traffic, but its data lives in a separate tool with a separate login and a separate report format. So most teams simply stop looking.
Another Tool to Check
Bing Webmaster Tools has its own interface, so checking it means another login and another set of reports every week.
No Side-by-Side View
Comparing Bing and Google performance for the same site means exporting both and lining them up in a spreadsheet.
Short Query History
Bing only returns about the last two months of query and page data, so older keyword data is gone unless someone saves it.
Missed Opportunities
Queries that perform well on Bing but not on Google, or the other way around, stay invisible when you only look at one engine.
Inconsistent Reporting
Content groups, topic clusters and branded splits you set up for Google don't exist in Bing's own tool.
Bing-Only Sites Left Out
Sites verified only in Bing Webmaster Tools never make it into the main SEO dashboard at all.
Bing Search Data,
Where You Already Work
Connect through Bing's own sign-in. SERPView lists your Bing sites next to your Search Console properties and loads Bing data into the same cards and filters.
Microsoft Account Connection
Link Bing Webmaster Tools from your linked accounts page. Tokens refresh automatically, and you can unlink the account at any time.
Sites From Both Engines
Bing sites appear in your property list with a Bing icon. A site verified in both Google and Bing shows both icons and keeps one dashboard.
One-Click Source Switch
Switch the dashboard between GSC and BING. If a source is not connected yet, SERPView asks you to connect it instead of showing an empty chart.
Clicks, Impressions, CTR, Position
The performance chart, Queries and Pages tables use Bing's numbers, with the same date ranges and comparisons as your Google data.
Your Segments Work on Bing
Topic Clusters, Content Groups, Branded Performance and Tracked Keywords cards all run on Bing data, so your segments carry over.
Extended Storage and AI
With Extended Storage, daily Bing queries and pages are kept for up to 5 years. The AI Copilot also has a Bing mode for questions about your Bing traffic.

Frequently Asked
Questions
Everything you need to know about the Bing Webmaster Tools integration in SERPView.
It connects your Bing Webmaster Tools account to SERPView, so your Bing search performance (clicks, impressions, CTR and position) shows up in the same dashboard as your Google Search Console data. You switch between the two sources with one click.
Go to your linked accounts, add an account and choose Bing Webmaster Tools. You sign in with your Microsoft account through Bing's own authorization page and return to SERPView. Your Bing sites then appear in your property list.
Daily clicks and impressions for the performance chart, plus query and page level clicks, impressions, CTR and position from the Bing Webmaster Tools API.
Yes, they come from Bing's API. Bing supports query, page and date breakdowns for web search only. Country and device breakdowns are not available for Bing, so the Countries, Devices and Query Counting cards and the country and device filters are turned off while Bing is selected.
Bing's API returns about 16 months of daily totals for the chart, but only around the last two months of query and page data. With Extended Storage, SERPView saves Bing data every day and keeps it for up to 5 years.
Yes. If a site is verified in both, it shows both source icons in your property list. Use the GSC / BING switch on the dashboard to change which engine's data you see.
The performance chart, Queries, Pages, Topic Clusters, Content Groups, Branded Performance, Branded Keywords and Tracked Keywords cards all support Bing as a source.
Yes. The AI Copilot has a Bing source. Select it and ask about your Bing clicks, queries and pages. MCP clients connected to SERPView can also read your Bing analytics.
Yes. The SERPView MCP server gives Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP-compatible AI agents access to your Bing clicks, impressions, CTR, positions, queries and pages, next to your Google Search Console data, so you can compare both search engines in one conversation.
Yes. Each Bing account you link is added to your linked accounts, and you can unlink any of them later.
Connecting Bing is part of the SERPView dashboard and is not a separately gated premium report. Keeping Bing history beyond what Bing's API returns needs an Extended Storage slot for the site.
